Solution Visualization

The HITC’s Solution Visualization process helps a customer visualize a solution to a problem when they already have some concept of what that solution will entail. HITC designers and cognitive engineers work with the customer to put together a prototype vision that illustrates the key ideas central to the solution.


Solution Visualization Process:

  1. Information sharing: HITC and client meet to discuss problem, new and emerging technologies, strategy
  2. Innovation problem solving process: A structured design workshop identifies creative solutions to clients’ problems
  3. Prototyping
  4. Solution selection
  5. Solution refinement
  6. Documentation

Goal: Help customers visualize a solution to a problem, when they already have some concept of what the solution could entail.

Resources: An HITC cognitive engineer, designer, and multimedia developer work from 2 weeks to 2 months, developing a prototype, depending upon the clarity of the customer’s vision and the complexity of the application.

Deliverable: A prototype solution
